Please follow the steps below to self-register for services at the studio and/or manage your client account.

Step One: Login to WellnessLiving

Create or log into your client account via the WellnessLiving Login page  or by using the WellnessLiving client Achieve application for smart phones and tablets, available for free download in all app stores.

If you have not personally created a WellnessLiving account but have previously attended any services at Body By Bliss Pilates, an account has already been created for you.  To login, please follow the login link here and click the “Forgot Password” button below the login form.

Step Two: Sign the Updated Liability Waiver

Upon your login, you will be prompted to complete our updated liability waiver automatically. After reviewing the waiver, please sign in the available box at the bottom of the waiver by clicking and dragging with your mouse on a PC or with your finger on a smart phone or tablet. Completing this updated waiver is required before attending any Body By Bliss services, whether in-person at our newly renovated studio in beautiful Stonington, Connecticut or via our new virtual offerings.

Step Three: Update your Profile & Communication Settings

Upon completing the liability waiver, select “My Profile” button from the top of the screen and select the “Profile Details” tab from the resulting page. Required fields will be denoted with a red asterisk. All clients are encouraged to review and update their profile to the best of their abilities, including relevant health history. This will allow our studio to provide the most personalized experience to each client.

Your communication preferences can be updated and changed at any time under “Profile Details.” Please note that by unsubscribing to News & Updates you will no longer receive studio wide emails regarding service changes, schedule updates, special events and/or studio closures.

Step Four: Manage your Payment Options & Purchases

Due to COVID-19, clients are encouraged to save a credit card on file for their account in advance of their visit to optimize social distancing guidelines and promote paperless transactions. To setup or edit your payment options, select “My Profile” in the top right of the screen and then select “Billing.” Please remember that payment is required in advance of your visit and can be made through WellnessLiving and the WellnessLiving client Achieve application by selecting the “Store” icon and following the prompts. To view your remaining service credits (passes from a package etc.), please select “My Profile” then “Passes & Memberships.”

Step Five: Manage your Schedule

The state of Connecticut has advised fitness facilities to complete billing and scheduling services virtually whenever possible due to COVID-19. You can view and manage your schedule at any time through WellnessLiving and the WellnessLiving client Achieve App. Select “My Schedule” to confirm or cancel sessions and class reservations. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services.

To view the virtual class schedule and sign-up for classes, select “Book Now.” Private and semi-private sessions will continue to be scheduled by contacting the studio directly. If signing up for virtual services, you will receive an automated email with additional information, including how to download the virtual software and link to login.
