The local small business owner and primary instructor, Alisha Bliss, has been instructing fitness for over 14 years and has several fitness certifications. For the past 7 years Alisha has been specializing in Pilates and recently opened the studio to pursue her passion for it!
Alisha has been professionally trained as an engineer and takes an analytical approach to her fitness instruction. Alisha’s teaching style and training plans cater to the individual needs of her clients and are ideal for rehabilitation, athletic conditioning, weight loss, pain management and much more. Group classes are kept small to ensure optimal attention to individual client needs.
