Jamie Towle

Pilates Instructor
Jamie Towle began taking Pilates as part of her ballet training as a company member at Southern New Hampshire Youth Ballet in Bedford, New Hampshire.  Pilates became her passion as she loved the strength, flexibility, and endurance gained from her practice.  Jamie received her Pilates mat certification through the Physicalmind Institute and completed her RYT-200 hours with Yogafit.  Since 2005, Jamie has taught various Pilates, spin, yoga, and Zumba classes in Worcester, MA and New Haven, CT.  She loves to combine her dance, yoga, and Pilates background into a dynamic class that focuses on all aspects of body conditioning.
Pamela is a member of the Yoga Alliance and received her YIT-200 hr instructor training in 2015.  Pamela continues to practice Ashtanga and frequently takes continuing education workshops to stay up to date.
Pamela has been involved with dance for over twenty years and recently returned to her original training in belly dance because Alisha asked her to host a belly dance happy hour at the studio on Friday nights.  Pamela has designed a fun cardio movement class that will challenge clients of all fitness levels to let loose, smile and laugh.  Cuing for form and development of combinations will be provided, but the emphasis will be on letting loose and having fun!

Shannon Gray

Pilates Instructor
Shannon Gray combines her extensive knowledge of anatomy and movement as a Physical Therapist with Pilates to create supportive environment to connect back in to your body. She studied Exercise Physiology at the University of New Hampshire followed by receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Sage Colleges in Upstate NY in 2010. She has always had a passion for the mind/body connection of exercise, but it wasn’t until walking into a Pilates class with Alisha that she found the balance of strength and flexibility her body needed. She is now focused on using Pilates to elevate her work in rehabilitation as well as expanding into wellness to bring her clients that same sense of inner power and strength that Pilates has given her. Shannon completed her training with Polesestar Pilates in 2018 and will complete her certification later this year.
Michelle has been practicing yoga since 2008 when shoulder injuries wreaked havoc every day. Yoga as rehabilitation was just the start as she tried various styles, studios, and teachers. She always knew she would become an instructor and in 2017 committed to becoming a certified instructor through Hot on Bank.

“I teach from the heart, bringing my love of playful curiosity, self discovery, and love of structure together for each practice. Every time I step on my mat it’s a new, exciting, and challenging experience. My advice for fellow yogis set an intention for your practice. It offers you a reminder of why you are practicing and gives you that extra motivation to hold a pose for just one more breath.”

Andrea is a certified Spinning instructor and passionate about fitness. She enjoys organic food, being outdoors, working out and aspires to help others achieve their fitness goals.
