Private Sessions

Customized individual workout with 1 client per instructor.

Session price: $95 + tax.

Ideal for:

  • Clients new to the studio and/or pilates
  • Clients who prefer individual attention
  • Clients who have specific goals, equipment preferences and/or exercise preferences
  • Clients with specific goals & ailments that are still learning the typical modifications applicable to them (ex., “flat back” to maintain spine length instead of a c-curve for clients with osteoporosis)
  • Clients with new and/or severe ailments and/or chronic pain
  • Clients with multiple ailments that require modifications (ex. osteoporosis & torn rotator cuff)
  • Clients preparing for and/or recovering from a specific event (ex., hip replacement, pregnancy, or athletic competition)

In-studio availability:

  • New clients that are looking to join semi-private sessions, small group sessions and/or virtual classes after completion of the new client introductory series.
  • Accepting waitlist requests for occasional & weekly recurring session(s).

Virtual availability:

  • Clients looking for a single or occasional session.
  • Clients looking for weekly recurring session(s).

How to reserve a session:

Semi-Private Sessions

Customized group workout with 2-5 clients per instructor (the number of clients will be based on client preferences).

Session pricing below is based on the number of attendees present at each session. If all your partners provide cancellation notices in advance of the session, the instructor will then notify you so that you may decide to keep the session, reschedule, or cancel. If all your partners cancel without notice (ex., emergency), and you are the only client in attendance, you have the option to invite the instructor to workout with you to receive the 2-client rate for that session.

  • 5 clients: $60 + tax per client
  • 4 clients: $65 + tax per client
  • 3 clients: $70 + tax per client
  • 2 clients: $75 + tax per client
  • 1 client: $95 + tax per client

Ideal for:

  • Clients looking to practice with specific individuals and/or number of partners
  • Clients looking to practice specific exercises/want more individualized attention
  • Clients with specific goals & ailments have a moderate or higher understanding of typical modifications applicable to them (ex., “flat back” to maintain spine length instead of a c-curve for clients with osteoporosis)

In-studio availability:

  • Clients looking to join existing weekly recurring session(s).
  • Accepting waitlist requests for occasional session(s) & establishing new weekly recurring session(s).

Virtual availability:

  • Clients looking for a single or occasional session.
  • Clients looking to join existing weekly recurring session(s).
  • Clients looking to establish new weekly recurring session(s).

How to reserve a session:

All new clients must begin w/ the new client introductory series before joining semi-private sessions, small group sessions and/or virtual classes. Admittance to join semi-private sessions, small group sessions and/or virtual classes will be based on the client’s health history, fitness assessment, skill & experience level, interests, availability, and unique goals.

Small Group Sessions

Group workout w/ tailored modifications with 2-5 clients per instructor (ideally 5 clients/session).

Session pricing below is based on the number of attendees present at each session. If all your partners provide cancellation notices in advance of the session, the instructor will then notify you so that you may decide to keep the session, reschedule, or cancel.
